Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Gaudin, hereinafter referred to as the "Agent," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

2. AGENCY REPRESENTATION

2.1. The Agent agrees to provide real estate services to the Client, which may include property buying, selling, leasing, or other related services.

2.2. The Agent will act in the best interest of the Client while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Agent regarding their real estate needs and preferences.

3.2. The Client understands that they may be required to sign additional agreements and documents related to specific transactions.

4. AGENCY FEES AND COMPENSATION

4.1. The Client agrees to compensate the Agent for services rendered as follows:

4.2. The Client shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with the transaction, such as legal fees, inspection fees, or other related expenses, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

5.1. The Agent will disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the Client promptly.

5.2. The Client acknowledges that the Agent may represent multiple clients with conflicting interests and agrees to this arrangement.

6. TERMINATION

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations for ongoing transactions.

6.2. Upon termination, the Client may be responsible for any fees or expenses incurred by the Agent up to the termination date.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

7.1. The Agent will handle all Client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Client's information will be used solely for the purpose of real estate transactions.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

10.1. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

11. AMENDMENTS

11.1. These Terms may be amended or modified only in writing and with the consent of both parties.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
